Greetings to Our UNITERS Partners:

We wanted to provide you with an important update to what we have accomplished this week to ensure the health and safety of our team members surrounding the ever-changing events of COVID-19, and to continue to provide on-going support to you and your customers throughout these challenging times.

• We have implemented our remote working policy this week and have provided our team members with all of the tools that they need to be productive in their home environment while minimizing any disruption of service.  This is an important commitment to the health and safety of our employees that we take very seriously.  

At UNITERS, we are committed to making lives easier, healthier and happier by working hard to protect the investments in our home environment. We care deeply about the communities in which we live, as well as our ongoing concern for our team members in all of our facilities worldwide as the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve.

HOW WE ARE RESPONDING
We have a very comprehensive Business Continuity Protocol in place, working diligently at all times to review and adjust our approach to any emergency situation as it occurs, and this one is no different. We have systems in place that allow our teams to effectively work remotely to continue the levels of service that you are accustomed to receiving from UNITERS. Our goal is to minimize the impact as much as possible, both with our internal teams and our network of service technicians throughout the United States.
